Our Client manufactures and sells best-of-class Spinal fusion bone growth stimulators (BGS), as well as neuromuscular electrical (NMES) stimulation technologies focused on pre- and post-surgical treatment of knee patients. Both devices are backed by published, level 1 clinical evidence that demonstrates excellent efficacy and safety.

In this role, you will

Be a key member of our client’s sales team servicing a product line that has positively impacted many people. Our products improve the lives of the patient, as well as assist clinicians in achieving optimal treatment outcomes.
Confidently conduct product evaluations in office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your findings with your Regional Sales Manager and push yourself to exceed each goal.
Provide support to existing customers and develop new customers in the territory. Focus on establishing and maintaining customer-oriented and professional relationships with orthopedic, spine and physical therapy-type patients, doctors and associated healthcare facilities. It is vital to be customer-focused and passionate about helping people achieve the very best treatment outcomes following orthopedic injuries or surgeries.

Your Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Conducts regular sales calls, in-person, to Orthopedic surgeons, Spine surgeons, physical therapists and staff develop in order to promote, market and sell products
Provide patients with technical education on the proper use of Company’s BGS and NMES products according to regulatory approvals, including fitting the devices and teaching patients how to use them
Gathering necessary documentation from prescribers office so internal team can gain insurance approval for our devices
Prospect for new accounts and seeks opportunities to increase sales with existing customers
Listen to customer needs and suggests appropriate products/solutions
Ensure customer satisfaction and obtains regular feedback and continually works to improve processes and services and resolve complaints quickly
Meet established quotas and sales goals
Complete required sales reports, expense, and regulatory records accurately and promptly
Collaborate with sales and marketing team members and internal processing and collections teams as needed to process customer orders
Assist in expediting customer shipments when requested and approved

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree
3+ years Orthopedic or medical device sales experience
Must possess a competitive spirit and place a high value on ethical standards
Must be a self-starter with strong time management and planning skills, have the ability to target accounts, and achieve results through a daily action plan
Strong Verbal and Written Communications skills
The desire to learn and grow within an organization
Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced working environment
Attention to detail and follow-up
Valid drivers license and transportation
· MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc)

Strong technical/medical subject knowledge
Willing to travel as necessary on behalf of the company

Compensation:
